Festive strudel

Holiday strudel is a classic that never goes out of style. The thin dough, fragrant apple filling with cinnamon, and crispy crust create real magic in the kitchen. This dessert is perfect for both family dinner and special guests.

Peel and core the apples, cut into slices.

Sauté the apples in a pan with butter until the moisture evaporates. Let cool.

Add breadcrumbs, sugar, and vanilla sugar.

Add washed raisins and roasted nuts.

Defrost the dough. Take 4–5 sheets of dough, grease each with oil.

Spread the filling on the edge and form a roll.

Bake at 180 degrees for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Brush with a little butter 2–3 minutes before baking.
