Thin, fragrant, with crispy edges - these pancakes will become your favorite breakfast or dessert. They are easy to prepare, but taste perfect.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk and soda water, mix well.

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients, mix until smooth. Add the oil and mix again.

Grease a frying pan with oil and heat well. Pour portions of the dough, fry for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
