Pumpkin muffins

Beat the softened butter until it turns white and increases in volume. Add the orange zest and sugar, beat again.

Add eggs, mix well. Add flour and baking powder, mix. Stir in grated pumpkin.


Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the frozen berries and mix. Divide the batter into the molds, filling them halfway.


Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer.

Remove the finished cupcakes from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate with melted chocolate.
