Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sour cream, melted butter, salt, sugar, zest and semolina. Mix and beat with a blender.

Add the eggs, mix gently. Add the washed raisins.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and place a weight on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, then remove the weight and bake for another 10–15 minutes.

Turn the finished cheesecake onto a board and place in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

You need to melt the chocolate with vegetable oil. Then pour this glaze over the cooled cheesecake and leave it in the refrigerator for another 15–20 minutes.
