To make the purchase process even more convenient and enjoyable, we offer various payment methods. You can choose the most convenient for you and receive your order as quickly as possible in any city of Ukraine.

You can always pay in cash:

at the point of delivery of the goods;
upon receipt of the order at home;
upon receipt of the goods at the representative office of the carrier company (for example, Nova Poshta).

Please note! Payment is made exclusively in national currency at the exchange rate set at the time of ordering. You will receive a sales receipt as a confirmation of payment. Payment for the services of the carrier company "Nova Poshta" is calculated exclusively according to the carrier's tariffs.

We deliver goods to any city in Ukraine. You can pick up the goods at regional offices of transport companies, post offices, or order home delivery.

Delivery terms and conditions

Dear customers!

To receive your order as conveniently and quickly as possible, please read our delivery terms:

  • Orders placed before 11:00 are shipped to you on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 are shipped the next day. If today is Friday, the shipment will be on Monday.

Carefully check the integrity of the package and the goods BEFORE paying for the order. Be sure to pay attention:

       1. Check the quality of the shipment for obvious defects (absence, deformation) and completeness                     upon receipt.
       2. If you find any damage to the cargo or incomplete packaging of the goods, draw up and sign the                   Defective Act at the carrier's warehouse.
       3. Send a copy of the act to ukraine@krauff.com.

Please note that claims regarding the quality and packaging of the goods are accepted only if there is an official Defective Act.
