Cut the potatoes into cubes. Fry the bacon with a clove of garlic until crispy, remove the garlic.

Add oil to the pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.

Mix the yolks with the grated cheese and black pepper. Remove the pan from the heat, add the sauce and mix quickly.

Sprinkle with cheese and pepper before serving.
