Line the bottom of the pan with foil and the sides with parchment paper. Place this pan inside a larger pan. Preheat the oven to 120°C.

Add orange zest to warm milk, let it steep.

Mix the cream cheese with the egg yolks and melted butter. Add the flavored milk, sifted flour and cornstarch.

Beat the egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form, then carefully fold into the cheese mixture.

Pour the dough into the mold, bake in the oven for 1 hour at 120°C, then increase to 160°C and bake for another 20 minutes.


Leave the cheesecake in the turned off oven for 30 minutes, then remove and let cool.
