Симпатичная вещь, но не для жарки

Получила сковороду и очень расстроилась, это скорее какой-то ковшик. Борты хорошие высокие, (диаметр 28), удобная ручка, но поверхность для жарки вообще ((( Диаметр всего 17 см, это разве что одно яйцо пожарить. Повелась на хорошее имя фирмы, но лучше бы купила в другом магазине, где хотя бы параметры указаны. Отправила заявку на возврат товара, жду ответ от магазина
