Official rules and conditions of the promotion "Yasensvit & Krauff - delicious harmony"

1. Definition of terms

1.1. Promotion - an advertising campaign called "Yasensvit & Krauff - delicious harmony", introduced by the Organizers, within the framework of which, when purchasing a Product from the Partner LLC "YASENSVIT", the Participant has the opportunity to use a Promo Code for a 25% Discount when purchasing Products under the TM "Krauff" on the website of the Company LLC "TG "TNP", under the conditions specified in these Rules.

Attention! This Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service or competition, and these Rules are not a public promise of a reward or gift. The fact of purchasing products (Goods) is not considered a payment of money for participation in the Promotion.

1.2. Organizers , together - Limited Liability Company "Trade Group "TNP", EDRPOU code 40861807, location: 49083, Dnipro, Slobozhansky Ave., building 31D (hereinafter also referred to as the "Company" ) and Limited Liability Company "YASENSVIT", EDRPOU code 32619343, location: 09623, Bila Tserkva district, Romashky village, Pokrovska st., building 22A (hereinafter also referred to as the "Partner" ) (or each separately may be referred to as the "Organizer" ).

Participant – any individual who has reached the age of 18, has the necessary civil rights and legal capacity in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, and has purchased the Goods and fulfilled other terms of the Promotion. Employees, representatives of the Organizers, as well as members of their families cannot participate in the Promotion.

Partner's Product – means the Partner's products (goods), namely: chicken eggs TM "YASENSVIT" in a package of 10 pieces, which is put into circulation for the purpose of holding the Promotion, and contains a special promotional code that allows the Participant to receive an incentive in the form of a discount.

Company Goods – means the products (goods) of the Company LLC "TG "TNP" on the website www.krauff.com, namely: the range of kitchen and tableware TM "Krauff" used for the Promotion.

Discount promo code – a set of characters that the Participant can find under the packaging of the Partner's Goods purchased by him, and which allows the Participant to receive an incentive in the form of a Discount of up to 25% of the total price of the Goods of the Company LLC "TG "TNP" on the date of sale (hereinafter also - the Promotion, Discount), released for free circulation in Ukraine under the TM "KRAUFF", when ordering and purchasing them on the website www.krauff.com.

The discount promo code can be used by the Participant on the entire range of kitchen and tableware of the Krauff TM, and the discount amount specified by the promo code can be summed up with other discounts applied to other current promotions of the Company.

Attention! Replacement of the Promo Code with a cash equivalent and/or replacement with any other types of non-material compensation, other than those specified in these rules, is not allowed. Promo codes are not subject to exchange or return.

The website www.krauff.com is a set of technical (hardware and software) tools and information displayed in a certain text, graphic or sound form, and which are posted on the Internet, and through which the Participant is given the opportunity to familiarize himself with the official terms of the Promotion and to choose and purchase the Company's products released under the TM "Krauff".

The website www.yasensvit.ua is a set of technical (hardware and software) tools and information that is displayed in a certain text, graphic or sound form, and which is posted on the Internet, and through which the Participant of the Promotion is given the opportunity to familiarize himself with the Rules of the Promotion.

The Promotion Period is from 01.04.2025 to 31.05.2025 (inclusive). The Promotion Period and other terms and conditions may be changed by the Organizers at their sole discretion. All changes are effective from the moment they are posted on the website www.yasensvit.ua and www.krauff.com.

The territory of the Action is the entire territory of Ukraine, with the exception of temporarily occupied territories in which the state authorities of Ukraine do not exercise their powers, in particular, but not exclusively, certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and other such territories.

2. Conditions, procedure for participation in the Promotion and procedure for activating the Promo Code

2.1. To participate in the Promotion, it is necessary to purchase the Partner's Product during the Promotion Period.
2.2. The Promo Code can be used during the Promotion Period to receive a discount when purchasing the Company's Goods.
2.3. To use the received Promo Code, the Participant has the right to enter such Promo Code in the "Discount Code" field during the Promotion Period when placing an order on the website www.krauff.com.
2.4. The Participant may use the Promo Code to receive a discount on the Organizer's Company's goods multiple times throughout the Promotion Period.
2.5. These Rules and any other activities related to the Promotion are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
2.6. These Rules are the only official rules for participation in the Promotion.

3. Participant Rights

3.1. To participate in the Promotion subject to conscientious compliance with all requirements established by these Rules.
3.2. During the Promotion period, familiarize yourself with the current terms and conditions of the Promotion on the official website www.yasensvit.ua or www.krauff.com

4. Participant's Responsibilities

4.1. Comply with the current terms and conditions and rules of the Promotion.
4.2. Participate in the Promotion only under the conditions specified in these Rules.
4.3. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant hereby confirms that he/she has fully read these Rules and unconditionally agrees to them. Violation of these Rules by the Participant or refusal of the Participant to properly comply with these Rules shall be considered as the Participant's refusal to participate in the Promotion and receive the Incentive, and such person shall not be entitled to receive any compensation from the Organizer.

5. Rights of the Organizers

5.1 The Organizers have the right to change the Rules of the Promotion without prior notification of such changes to the Participant, and any objections to the changes will not be accepted. The changed terms and conditions come into effect from the moment of their publication on the website.
5.2. To prevent or remove a Participant from participating in the Promotion in the event of the latter committing illegal actions and/or violating the terms of these Rules.
5.3. At its own discretion, or at the request of a state authority of Ukraine, to request from the Participant any information and/or documents, including personal information, and use them for the purposes of participation in this Promotion, as well as marketing research and advertising of the Organizers' Goods.
5.4. The Organizer has the right to temporarily suspend or completely terminate the Promotion in the event of any circumstances that prevent the Promotion from being held, for example, Internet outages.
5.5. Monitor compliance by Participants with the Rules of the Promotion.
5.6. The Organizer has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any person further participation in the Promotion if it is found that they have violated these Rules or committed actions that contradict the legislation of Ukraine, the principles of good faith participation, or may harm the reputation of the Organizers.

6. Responsibilities of the Organizer

6.1. The Organizer undertakes to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Rules.

7. The organizers are not responsible for

7.1. Failure or untimely fulfillment by the Participants of the obligations and conditions stipulated by these Rules.
7.2. Correctness, accuracy and reliability of the data, contact and other information that the Participant will indicate/indicated when using the Promo Code on the website www.krauff.com
7.3. Failure of the Participant to receive a discount using the Promo Code when purchasing Goods for reasons beyond the control of the Organizers or due to the end of the Goods, since the quantity of the Goods is limited.
7.4. The Organizers are not liable for failure to fulfill their obligations under these Rules in the event that the Participant withdraws their consent, which is provided for in clause 9 of the Rules.
7.5. Each of the Organizers is not responsible for any actions or inactions of the other Organizer.

8. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

9. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant confirms that he/she is fully familiar with the Rules and agrees to their terms, including, but not limited to:

9.1. To receive services from the Organizers or persons authorized by them in the form of SMS, e-mail messages and newsletters related to the Promotion;
9.2. For the Organizers, as well as their authorized persons, to collect, process (including using automated means), store, use, and distribute the Participant's personal data for the purposes of the Promotion, using the necessary means to protect such data from unauthorized distribution.

10. Final decisions and/or clarifications regarding issues, situations, including controversial ones, that arise or may arise due to ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, are made directly and exclusively by the Organizers.
